Senior Vice President Student Finance
Douglas Min is a respected senior executive with more than 25 years in the career education industry in the management and operation of student financial services and federal regulatory oversight.
Douglas Min originally joined IEC in April 2002, left in 2011 and re-joined IEC in April 2015 after his separation in April 2011. Prior to re-joining IEC in April 2015 Mr. Min left IEC in April 2011 to become Chief Compliance Officer for Ultimate Medical Academy where he has developed and built an entire compliance department responsible for oversight of all areas of operation to ensure compliance with all state, accreditation, and federal regulatory requirements. Furthermore, Mr. Min was the Chief Operating Officer for SFC Holding Inc. which owned and operated Southwest Florida College and Platt Colleges, managing multiple campuses located in multiple states. Mr. Min was instrumental in standardizing processes and providing operational efficiency for both entities.
Mr. Min has worked for ITT Educational Services, Inc. for over 11 years prior to initially joining IEC in April 2002. During this time he has worked as Director of Finance receiving several recognitions as the top Director of Finance. In this role, Mr. Min was responsible for the management of student accounts, financial aid, business office, and bookstore.
Mr. Min received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Loma Linda University.
